3 guys are chillin in a bar ,

Second guy said : i got the smallest head in the world,
Last one said i got the smallest d!ck in the world.
So they decide to go to guinness world records, first guy walks out and said yes i actually got the smallest arm in tha world ! second one same story very happy and said i actually got the smallest head in tha world. last guy comes out screaming saying : who the f*ck is justin bieber???
